About Commee

Commee Ltd is a PCO (Professional Congress Organiser) based in Linköping, Sweden, founded in 2014.  The owner, Stefan Wengelin, has a long experience in the hotel and conference sector.

Our mission is to support customers who are planning to hold a conference or meeting. We provide advice and support regarding all the practical arrangements for your meeting. In a nutshell, whereas you focus on the content of the meeting, we take care of all the practical details.

We have experience in organising physical as well as digital meetings. If you prefer to hold a hybrid meeting, this is of course also possible.

We provide our services in the following areas:

Advise

Access to advice, with clear and updated information, throughout the process. You can reach us via email or phone and if need be, we are happy to participate in your planning meetings. To guide you in the decision regarding hotel and conference venue we present a number of different good alternatives. We are independent and therefore objective in our selection.

Project management

We make sure that all practical arrangements for your meeting are in place and that all necessary deadlines are kept. We are in close contact with hotels, conference venues and restaurants and make sure that updated information always reaches our sub-contractors.  

Finance and budget

Organising a conference often involves handling large sums. We assist you in creating an accurate budget, ensuring financial structure in the project, where we handle all costs, invoices, card payments etc. in a transparent and professional way.

Administration

Secure registration process and management of data in accordance with GDPR. We make sure that participant fees, hotel bookings, selection of seminars etc. are easily accessible and clearly communicated to the participants. We manage participant lists, accommodation and logistical arrangements and many other practical details.

Communication

To ensure that your participants receive updated and reliable information about the conference, we construct websites, tailored to your needs. We communicate regularly with the participants and develop user friendly applications, with programme information and opportunities for interaction during the meeting.

Exhibitions

In case you are planning to have an exhibition in conjunction with your conference, we take care of all the practical arrangements, including registrations, information to the exhibitors and advice regarding the design of the exhibition. We are of course on site when the exhibition is to be built.

On-site managemen

We are on site throughout your conference, receive your participants and make sure that the meeting is proceeding according to your expectations.

Follow-up

When the conference is finalised we send out an evaluation to all the participants, which we compile, analyse and present to you. We also compile and present the financial results of the conference. If the conference generates a surplus, it we will be disbursed to you.
